Here you will find the romantic scene of a former farming village with the mighty Mont Blanc on the horizon and the Jura mountains behind you. To top it all off, Lake Geneva is just a stone's throw away. Wherever you happen to look while at the Lundin dressage centre, the view is simply breathtaking.

But as beautiful as the site's scenery is, its development proved to be equally challenging: the elongated shape of the plot and the steep slope posed a challenge for this extensive project.

Despite the challenging conditions, ViebrockReithallen drew upon a wealth of experience to create a small paradise: a turnkey estate, ready for the equestrian.

The friendship with the clients has been ongoing for many years; the savour-vivre of France, plus a construction-site office right at the foot of Jura mountains with a magnificent view of Lake Geneva are aspects that made managing the construction site a unique and unforgettable experience.

What this dream is made of:

The light-flooded exercise hall with adjoining lounge and apartment complex forms the centre of the center. This is complemented by a stable with outdoor paddocks, two large outdoor arenas and two buildings for storage purposes.

The client was so impressed with the result that he decided to entrust ViebrockReithallen with the crowning glory of the project: the helicopter hanger with an adjoining training room. 

While the style of the other buildings is reflected here, such as the high proportion of glass surfaces or the mixed facade, the hanger building nevertheless stands out as an innovative highlight. In this way, ViebrockReithallen has created a place where it’s possible to ride a horse and for it to take flight.
