Data protection

Handling your data

Insofar as you provide us with your personal data, we shall only use it to answer your enquiries, to process contracts and for technical administration. Moreover, your data will under no circumstances be sold or passed on to a third party, unless the third party enforces this by means of a court decision. Furthermore, your data will only be used for the purposes of our own market research, as well as to help us configure our electronic services. You may of course revoke your authorisation at any time with future effect. Your personal data will be deleted immediately if you revoke your permission to store it, if the purpose for which that data was stored no longer applies, or if the storage of that information is no longer permitted.

Involvement of service providers

Insofar as we entrust the completion of tasks for our company to service providers, they will be contractually obliged to adhere to our data protection standards. Compliance with our standards shall be inspected by our data protection officer at irregular intervals. The provisions of Section 11 of the Federal Data Protection Act (collection, processing or use of personal data on behalf of others) are of course complied with and implemented.

Copyright

The contents and works on these pages created by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Any duplication, processing, distribution, or any other use not permitted under copyright law requires the written consent of the respective author or creator. These pages may only be downloaded or copied for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the service provider has not compiled the contents of this site, the copyrights of third parties must be observed. In particular the content of third parties is identified as such. However, please notify us if you become aware of copyright infringement. If such infringements of the law become known we will remove such contents immediately.

Data protection

Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. Providing any personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) on our website is always voluntary, where possible. This data will not be forwarded to any third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may involve security gaps. A seamless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation by third parties for the sending of advertising and information material which has not been expressly requested is hereby expressly rejected. The operators of the websites expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam mail.

Newsletter

If you so wish, we can send you a free newsletter in which we provide you with details of our new additions and innovative products. In order to subscribe to this newsletter, please provide us with an email address via our Newsletter webpage. We will send an email containing a link to the address that you provide, through which you can confirm that the email address is correct and that you wish to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To do so, please use the form on our Newsletter page. Alternatively, please send an email to: info@viebrockreithallen.de From that point on, no further editions of the newsletter will be sent to your email address.

Disclosure of data

We do not pass on any personal data that you have provided us to other companies. You therefore need not fear that another company will receive information such as your address or email address in order to send you advertising. In exceptional cases, we may be forced as a result of legal requirements or judicial decisions to pass on personal data to government agencies. In such cases, you may rest assured that we will have verified the admissibility of this transfer.

Data Protection Declaration for the Use of Facebook Plugins (Like Button)

Our webpages use plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Facebook plugins are recognisable by the Facebook logo or the ‘Like’ button on our website. A summary of Facebook plugins can be found here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our website, the plugin will establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This connection informs Facebook that you visited our website through your IP address. If you click on the Like button while logged in to your Facebook account, you can create a link to the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. Facebook is then able to match the visit to our website to your Facebook user account. We would point out that, as the provider of the website, we are in no way aware of the content of the data transmitted or how Facebook intends to use it. Further information is available from the Facebook data protection declaration at www.facebook.com/policies

If you do not want Facebook to be able to match the visit to our website to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account.

Data Protection Declaration for the Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookie”, text files, which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your usage of the website. The information about your use of the website generated by the cookie is typically transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the member countries of the European Union or in another contracting state of the Treaty on the European Economic Area.

The complete IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptions. Google uses this information on behalf of the site operator to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports regarding website activity and to provide the site operator with further services related to the website use and Internet use. Google will not match IP address transmitted by your browser in line with Google Analytics with other data.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by configuring your browser software accordingly; however, please be aware that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to the full extent. Furthermore, you can prevent Google from logging your use of this website as recorded by the cookie, as well as processing this data (incl. your IP address), by downloading and installing the browser plug-in that is available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can also prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this site:

Privacy Policy for Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by the Monotype GmbH (fonts.com or fast.fonts.net) for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the servers of fonts.com. As a result, fonts.com learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Fonts.com Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. More information about these web fonts can be found at https://www.fonts.com/info/legal  and in the Fonts.com privacy policy: https://www.fonts.com/info/legal/privacy/ and in the Privacy Policy of https://www.monotype.com/legal/privacy-policy/
